We don't do stuffy high-pressure sales, and we definitely don't do rigid rules. Our boutique inside historic Copley Mill is a private, low-sensory, and calming space where you can explore entirely at your own pace.
Fully Wheelchair Accessible: Our entire boutique is step-free and fully accessible for you and your guests.
Trauma-Informed & Body-Positive: Our small, dedicated team is trained to be gentle, supportive, and entirely respectful of your personal boundaries and body image history.
Neurodivergent Friendly: We understand that traditional shopping can be overwhelming. We host one private party at a time, meaning the space is entirely yours to adjust—tell us if you need the lights dimmed or the music turned down.
Flexible Payment Plans: We want your dream look to be completely stress-free. Every collection in our boutique can be secured with a deposit and paid off via flexible, interest-free monthly instalments.

Thank you for choosing to share your celebrations with us. To provide you with an exclusive, dedicated experience, our boutique operates on an appointment-only basis. This ensures you receive the full, uninterrupted attention of our styling team.
1. Booking Fees & Dedication of Time
To secure your private styling consultation, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling. This fee goes directly towards securing the boutique space and your dedicated stylist:
Bridal Appointments: £30
Prom, Bridesmaids & Flower Girl Appointments: £15
Your Appointment Credit:
We love helping you find the perfect match. If you order or purchase your outfit during your appointment, the full cost of your booking fee (£30 for bridal / £15 for prom, bridesmaids, or flower girls) will be deducted from the final price of your dress.
2. Guest Allowances & Boutique Comfort
To ensure a comfortable, relaxed, and intimate atmosphere for everyone in the boutique, we kindly ask that you respect our attendance guidelines:
Bridal & Prom Appointments: The main guest is welcome to bring a maximum of 4 guests to share the experience.
Bridesmaids & Flower Girl Appointments: To manage boutique capacity and give everyone proper attention, these sessions are strictly reserved for individuals trying on dresses. Only those with a booking to try on dresses are permitted to attend.
3. Changing or Cancelling Your Booking
We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans change. Out of consideration for our styling team and other clients on our waiting list, we look for the following notice:
Rescheduling: You can move your appointment time free of charge up to 48 hours before your session.
Short Notice Cancellations: Cancellations or amendments made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the booking fee being retained to cover the cost of the dedicated stylist.
Missed Appointments: If you are unable to attend and do not let us know ahead of time, your slot will be released and the booking fee will be retained.
4. Late Arrivals
Every minute of your luxury experience belongs to you. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will always offer you the remainder of your dedicated time, but your session must draw to a close at its original scheduled time so that we can prepare the space for the next guest.
